2010 Annual Assessment Now Due

The official due date for each home's annual association assessment is January 1 of each year. This year's dues are set at $200 per home. Any previous balance, of course, would be in addition to that. Late fees of $5 per month past January 31 will be assessed for those who are late beyond the grace period.

For your convenience, the Board is offering PayPal as another way to pay your dues. You can send your payment easily and safely over the internet using your bank account or credit card. PayPal is a long-established and respected online service for making payments with companies such as eBay and Dell.

Board Meeting

Homeowners Association Board Meetings are now quarterly. Please contact the board for the date, time, and location of the next meeting.

All members are invited. The success of our neighborhood requires your attention, interest, and participation. Please take a stand for our community and participate in the process by at least attending the meetings and staying in touch with the board.

Welcome to the Robbins Rest Homeowners Association web page. In an effort to better update our neighborhood, we took a suggestion of a neighbor and started this web page. We will try to update our neighbors of any current projects and meeting notes.

Maintaining the Proper Appearance of the Neighborhood

Having a nice neighborhood benefits everyone. To help maintain a beautiful and consistent development, Robbins Rest is governed by covenants and bylaws which all homeowners, residents, and guests must abide by. These covenants also govern the general appearance of our homes and yards.

All homeowners should have gotten a copy of the association covenants as part of a proper closing. However, if you need a copy, there are three ways to get the document.

Architectural Changes to Home

If you are planning to change the external appearance of your home, please be sure to check with the Homeowner's Board before proceeding to ensure compliance before investing in the changes.

If a formal request is required, you can download the architectural change form below and submit it to the Association Board. The Architectural Review Board will review your request and respond with an approval or denial for the change in a timely manner.

Meeting Information

The Board of Directors of the Robbins Rest Homeowners Association generally meets every second Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Check the green box at the top of this web page for the latest meeting information. If you would like to attend one of the meetings, please contact the Association Board for further details and location and to make sure the date and time hasn't changed.

Our annual general meeting is held every January 6 (no matter what the day of the week, excluding weekends) at 7pm at the Loughman Civic Center. Please contact the Association Board as mentioned above for more information.
